Salopettes, smiles, sticks and stomach cramps

We have found that with two pairs of walking salopettes from Spotty Otter you can go most places at any time of the year in comfort.

But if the collecting of sticks and other lumps of wood is involved, well, my goodness, you're away!

A recipe for a smilingly lovely Valentine's half-term. Until you look round over your shoulder and realise that you have another mysterious stomach cramp to tend to. At the top of The Drinns! Lots of S for Alphabe-Thursday- all suggestions on mysterious stomach cramps gratefully received!

I've been an RN for 45 years but I'm afraid I'm not much help!

I hope you don't have a flu bug! I'm glad you had fun being away in the mountains!
The "fussy school event" was a Friday night community welcome at school. We had a chili cook-off, a dog show, and a huge display of excellent student work (that was my part) so I was a busy bee. Now, it's done and I'm saying, "Whew!"

Looks like lots of outdoor fun was had.

Stomach cramps + small child?? If there's any other symptoms it could be a migraine? I know I get them with mine :(

Sounds great except for the cramps. Lovely photos, too! I'm afraid the boys and I went through a week of feeling tired and headachey with stomach cramps earlier this month - we struggled through with a few days of school but it was clearly some kind of bug. Ben is pretty certain it was bacterial, because he didn't get it as he was on antibiotics for a tooth infection at the time! Get well soon...

Could the stomach cramps be because of too much cake?!!!

Don't you all look cosy and healthy and happy. It would almost, almost, send me out into the outside world.

Mind you, the stomach-cramp wouldn't be so healthy. I'll stay in after all. The perils of outdoors.

There is so much stomach flu going around, so please be careful. Drink lots of liquids and get some rest! Have a wonderful weekend.

I encourage yogurt and/or an acidophilus pill every day for stomach nasties.

Looks like a nice outing.
