The reality is we still haven't really had winter here either. Maybe next winter will encouraged to be snowy and winter-ish upon reading the book.

I hope you get your body clock sorted out. I do like the idea of being a Proverbs 31 woman at 1:30 am in the morning though. I have been trying to figure out how to have oatmeal ready before rising. It always ends up cooking too long in the crock pot, if I turn it on before bed.

Blessings!
Deborah

P.S. The latter often sends me back to sleep quicker. I no longer feel guilty about that.

Not at all sure about the Tiger Mother thing. Cynically I think she saw the chance of a good book deal!

And what is Veda and why are you slicing it?

Zumba and Pilates, never. Running...well that happens about once a week now.

I do hope you resolve the sleep issues soon.

blessings xAngelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13494078135251214182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7608530810701782531.post-37270202054878777532012-03-03T16:50:41.895+00:002012-03-03T16:50:41.895+00:00Oh, I'm so excited that you read that article ...Oh, I'm so excited that you read that article and are trying it out! I'm too chicken to try. For about 13 years, I've been taking a sleep tab (Benadryl, basically) each night, and that keeps me sleeping solid through the night. But like you, I always wake up groggy, sluggish, tired. I'm wondering if I tried the divided sleep thing, would I feel better. PLEASE keep me posted on if this ends up being a break-through for you, or if it is a bust. I'd love to know! Maybe I'll get brave enough to throw out the sleep tabs!!M.K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/09205619221345704689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7608530810701782531.post-54015364625879352692012-03-03T16:42:52.758+00:002012-03-03T16:42:52.758+00:00Zumba and Pilates...another two curse words to add...Zumba and Pilates...another two curse words to add to my collection.
Thanks!
Jane xJane and Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08102086552682194819noreply@blogger.com
